Meet The Pensacola Web Design Ogres
We take our work seriously, but that's about it.
People call the CleverOgre Team a lot of stuff — mostly after asking what the heck a CleverOgre is.
Some of the more common (and family-friendly) words used to describe the CleverOgre Team are: creative, first-class, charismatic, on-time, awesome (yeah!), helpful, professional (in public, anyway) and sociable.
We just say we're Ogres. We do website development, branding, and advertising — and leave it at that.
Scroll on to find out a bit about each of us, and let us know how we can help you be awesome, too.
Chris Dadant
Creative OgreAfter receiving his BA focusing in digital media, Chris Dadant moved to the Florida Gulf Coast and graduated from the University of West Florida with a BA focusing in advertising. Chris began his professional journey with CleverOgre as a designer in the fall of 2008. He now spends his days designing websites, designing logos and ad designs while drinking ridiculously strong coffee. If he isn’t talking, don’t worry, he’s probably got some wild idea brewing inside that hairy mug of his.
In 2017, Chris and his family relocated down Highway 98 to Santa Rosa Beach, FL, where he continues to handle the creative side of things for CleverOgre. When not in the office, you’ll find him with his wife and two kids on the beaches of South Walton, at a local brewery, checking out some live music or knee deep in some sort of DIY project.

Nora Emling
Cave Executive OfficerAs CEO and CFO, Nora Emling works closely with clients to help them overcome whatever obstacles they may face in reaching their advertising goals. Like all the Ogres, she wears many hats, taking on task management, budgeting, billing and day-to-day internal and external communications.
Nora has a true knack for conversation, an open mind, and a creative soul, making her perfect as an Ogre. She graduated from UWF with a degree in Hospitality Recreation and Resort Management — not a far shot from what she’s doing now. She loves music and will catch a live show any chance she gets.
Organizations she volunteers with:

Ready Kids! – Reading Pal

Jevon Young
Content and UX OgreJevon Young has worn many hats over the years, due in part to suffering from an insatiable curiosity and love of learning new things. His experiences include time in the computer, healthcare, higher education, communications and interior design industries.
This wide range of experiences, coupled with the lessons learned from reading anything he can get his hands on, has left Jevon able to create and edit content in any number of subject areas. His experience with analyzing and optimizing communication channels and interfaces has led Jevon to take the lead on UX design here at CleverOgre, too.
When we let him out of the Cave, Jevon enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughters exploring the huge diversity of natural areas along the Gulf Coast, finding and sharing new music, and engaging in an absurd amount of renovation projects.
